Well, you get yourself a camera with a timer or remote control. You put that camera on a tripod. Then you put a mirror behind the camera so you can kind of get a feel for what looks right. Throw a blanket on the wall behind you so your neighbors can’t identify you via your bowling trophies there on the shelf. Okay, try to relax. Relax, I dare you. Hum a few bars from the opera “Carmen”, or perhaps Aerosmith’s “Dude Looks Like a Lady”. Smile.
