Homophobia, and body image discrimination will also not be accepted. Anyone, who cannot act appropriately, shall be removed from the list. In addition, it is requested that everyone fills out at least some basic information in their profile. Such as age, country, and a comment. Becoming part of the list, is like becoming part
of a shared user list. The best part is, people are always joining, and
you can message anyone, chat, and post news messages. You can also add
people to your own list that you find on the Chub and Chaser Youth Active
List.

HOW TO GET ON THE LIST
| On the ICQ Client go to the ICQ button, Add/Invite User for newer versions then find ICQ Active List Find/Add an Active List. In the window opened Paste the Active List's ID number (74302606) in the #ID box. Click Next. |  |
| The next thing to do is to request membership. However, if you are already a member skip this step, or repeat it if you really want to. Also, if you do not want to become a member but do want to log on to the list then you can do so as a guest. Guests do however have less privileges than full members. |  |
| To be authorized you have to fill in some info
for the admin to see.
You should state your age. If you do not and your age is not in your profile either then you will not be authorized to join the list. You should also say what colour icon you want (see below) or simply say if you are a chub or chaser, and chubs be specific and say if you like chubs, non-chubs or both. |

Icons appear next to members names, these icons
have different meanings associated with them.
Because not everyone is a chub or a chaser or
a chub who likes chasers four different coloured icons are used to display
members attributes:

RED for chubs who like non-chubs/chasers |

YELLOW for chubs who like other chubs |

GREEN for chubs who like chubs and/or non-chubs |

BLUE for all the non-chub chasers |

The chat room is in standard irc format and lets
you use all those goofy ICQ chat features like actions, emotions, and smiles..
When reading messages you have to use the download new messages button to see the latest posts.
Of course, not everyone is online all the time, so how do you let them know what you want to share? Post a message of course.
If you got a complaint about another user (we love getting complaints wahahaha), have a question or need help contact admin.
Pull up the list info is you want to see what the list homepage is or other details about it.
Now you can't forget about the list preferences as you can see there's a few options that everyone has.
Of course, there's always something that admin what everyone to know, that's what the MOTD is for.
