Bring me a white boy who swears he is latino & I will make him eat pasteles bacalao carne guisada con yucca y tostones sew his ass cheeks together force feed him maltas batidos de papaya con leche de Carnation (of course) watching his belly explode into a million fatherless babies poverty crushed dreams and overcrowded ghettos where police sirens nurse the children to sleep

Padre, perdoname but where were you when I was 3 getting fucked up the ass by my oldest cousin Palabras reminding me IF YOUR MAMI FINDS OUT, SHE'LL LEAVE YOU LIKE YOUR DADDY DID! ...like your daddy did ...like daddy did leaving behind a curious child kicking preschool teachers in the crotch smashing up aquariums watching enviously pretty little goldfish struggling desperately for air dying slowly helplessly like myself Padre, perdoname Padre, perdoname but real men never cry Padre, perdoname |

"Bushwick Bohemia", is the lead-off poem which clearly depicts the environment he comes from and takes you through a cathartic journey toward "Deliverance"; the emotional struggle of a victim of sexual abuse, "Chelsea Queen"; raw, unmistakably defiant and "Tradici6nes,,; reverberating the ultimate message of breaking traditions, letting go of the past and looking forward to a positive future.
