Theiu Co Tat as Nick

Thieu Co(tyco) is a classically
trained musician playing violin, jazz saxophone, clarinet and flute. As a high school student he has performed at many festivals and concerts. When offered the role of Nick he was a little hesitant with regards to the sex scene but finally said yes. He always accepts a challenge to stretch his skills. He is currently a second year student at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.

Nicole Sazunic as June

Nicole was an avid actor on the high school stage. She has performed in Romeo And Juliet, The Outsiders, and An Evening of Murder. Her senior year she won an Award for Excellence in Dramatic Arts. She continued to study acting during her first year of University. Toronto is her home and she is a 3rdyear Sociology/Mass Comm major at York University. And yes she really can breathe like that!

Joshua Kreig as Robert

Joshua Kreig is a Toronto filmmaker and actor. This is his first film. He credits his directing talent to date to his Summer Institute of Film and Television(SIFT) workshop with John Greyson. He has taken acting workshops at the Tarragon Theatre and has performed on stage , music video and television commercials. The subject of this film is very important to him and he hopes to maintain the integrity found here throughout his career.

and Ng Mei-Lun as Mom

In her own words Ng Mei-Lun calls herself, "a simple, traditional woman whose ancestors are from a far land called China. I enjoy an extremely meaningful career and I am happily married with a daughter and a dog named "Blue". Although I have not had any previous filming experience, when I was asked by Joshua to take part in the film as the mother of a gay son, I was so delighted that I readily accepted with a thrill and honour." Ng brought a strong level of focus and history to the set that made us appreciate what our parents' struggle with the story would be.
