Hi my name is Michelle Tozer and I am originally from Auckland, New Zealand. I moved to Melbourne in 1977 where I began my stage career with the famous POKEY'S, as one of the original 'Pokettes', before joining BELLEBOYS - All Male Revue, and Melbourne's "LES GIRLS". 

My stage experience and love of the theater has led me to produce and direct my own cabaret shows, fashion parades, and product launches...as well as developing and starring in my own television show, 'Talk to Tozer', for Bent TV. Recently, I toured Australia and New Zealand with the original, Sydney "Les Girls", before returning to Melbourne and exploring my talents as a singer with a season at VM's Piano Bar (established especially for me), in "Torch Song Tozer".

I am privileged to have worked with some of the most talented and creative people in the business, in a career that has included the award winning "New Wigs on the Block", Style Aid '95, Winterdaze and Red Raw dance parties, the "Glamourtrons", and the "Transrhythmics", to name but a few. 

My new show project is "Chestnuts International", which will be commencing - October 17th, 1997, at the newly constructed ILLUSIONS' Theatre Restaurant, 26 Errol Street, North Melbourne, Australia. This is a highly produced, lavishly costumed extravaganza, featuring the "creme de la creme" of Melbourne's transgender performers. Bookings can be made by phoning (03) 9348 9488.
