Dead Or Alive were paired with director Tim Pope for the shooting of the video for "I'D DO ANYTHING". Pete recalled it as "A safe, boring effort. I think we caught Tim on a bad day. It would have been much better if I'd done the storyboard, but as it is it won't get banned so I suppose we should be thankful for that."

Actually, it nearly did get banned when censors mistook Pete for a deep-voiced female singer and cried, "You can't show a woman's chest on television." The reply that the singer was male led only to new concerns.
