Music has always been a very big part of my life. My father played in a band and we always had music playing whether live or stereo within our house. Music can make you happy, sad, encompass and stir your soul. I tend to like all types of music,,,,,my mother played alot of 50's , Country, Jackson Browne and Johnny Rivers. Common Bond Home Page Link From the first time I heard these 2 women play they captured my soul with their lyrics and stirring voices. I was turned on so to speak by a friend and have now become a CommonBond junkie so to speak,,,,,I try to attend everywhere locally that they are playing, have the 2 albums that they have produced so far and am anxiously awaiting the third which hopefully will be in production soon,,,,,,,,???? There are 2 of their songs that are very special to me as they seem to describe some of the struggles that I have had in my life. I have had a chance to meet and talk to them both to the point now that I think Melissa and I are both recognized ( I hope LOL) when we go to hear them play their magic.It is nice when their is someone that can touch your life with their beautiful harmonies and still be able to reach out and know a person even if just a little bit.
