The following items are looking for a date
	Victoria BC - great and easy IFR airport especially for first time flyers to Canada . There is a cool aviation themed café within walking distance of the FBO/Customs, plus a good flight school and shop to get Canadian charts, etc. It’s just across from Roche Harbor so not too far away.	Victoria, BC	Russ B.
	Campground just adjacent to the airport and a beach within walking distance. The town is a bit away, but accessible. There is a pretty good little pub and café at the airport, along with a golf course	`Tofino, BC`	Chip C.

*PIC: attends to the inevitable "details" of the event, serves as the contact point, and coordinates prospective passengers with pilots who have empty seats to fill.

Fly-Out Information and Procedures

Scheduling the Coming and Going

Pilots and passengers-without-planes are requested to email the PIC with the following information:

1. Name

2. Contact Information: email and phone number

3. Airport departing from

4. Pilot or Passenger-without-plane?

A. If Pilot, do you have any available seats?

5. Estimated time of departure?

6. Planned time of return?

PIC will together a listing of whose is coming, and try and assist getting pilots and passengers-without-planes in contact with each other, and periodically email the results.

Website Photo Policy: naturally photos are taken by our members at Cascade Flyer events and some of them are submitted to the webmaster, to share the fun of the event. If you would prefer that a picture of you NOT be posted to the Cascade Flyer website, please let the cameraperson know when they take the shot. In this age of digital photos, we can certainly blur your face (or even put someone else's face on your body!) . Names of persons appearing in photos will not be posted, unless the cameraperson advises the webmaster that all consent.
