Hello there, my name is Sandra Sloan (as if you hadn't already guessed) and I used to live in the city of Aberdeen, Scotland. Aberdeen is a lovely city in the sunshine as it is almost entirely built in granite and sparkles when the light hits it!! - hence the name the "Granite City" , unfortunately it is usually cloudy and wet! I love the countryside of Scotland, and the Grampian mountains are only about 40 miles away, with wonderfull landscapes at every turn. (p.s. I'm a bit of an artist in case you were wondering). I have moved to Oxford which is even more beautiful, but is so far from the sea and mountains :-( pine, pine), however I hope to be back (somewhere) in Scotland sometime later this year (2005). Woopee! I'm back (2006) in sunny (?) Scotland; in dear old Edinburgh, and I am raring to get involved in the scene here, anyone out there can send me an email?? I am trying to catch up with this website - it's soooo out of date. I've got some newer photos to wow you with and hope to put them up soon. Please be patient, I hope they'll be worth the wait!
