So today's been a very interesting day! In order to avoid my house on my day off, I road-tripped to Maine to go shopping in Kittery and visit Jake. I had time to kill first though, so I went to the movies and watched "Undercover Brother". I enjoyed the movie, but almost fell out of my seat at one scene... First, let me preface this by saying that Jake and perhaps Matt can back this up. There's a song that I've been thinking of a lot lately, for no particular reason, but I haven't heard it since last summer. But anway, it's randomly been on my mind and I've been mentioning it to a few people lately. Well, it showed up in "Undercover Brother"...
I wanna be bad Yeah, I was surprised to hear it too! But today, I learned a little something about America that will help anyone driving around randomly. If you are looking for a mall, find a Mall Road. There seems to be one near every Mall. The Burlington Mall has Mall Road next to it. The Maine Mall has Maine Mall Road. It can be a really helpful thing when you're trying to figure out where the heck to go and you've got no map and/or no clue as to where you're going. There was something else I remember thinking that I'd learned on the drive up, but I forgot what it was by the time I got to my final destination. :-( P.S. What's supposed to be a 3 hour and 14 minute drive, I did in 2 hours. Me? Speed demon? Nah! |
