I have been a professional cook for many years. Some of my friends and customers tell me I should use the title "chef". Me, I'm not one for titles. I'm one for good food.

I will be providing some of the recipes I have come to love over the course of my career on these pages. I will keep them updated as often as I can, but I will leave all recipes available, so people don't miss anything.

I feel compelled to warn you that if you are looking for complex, hard to follow, takes a team of cooks to do it right recipes, this is not the site you're looking for. These are simple, good tasting dishes that I have served in many restaurants and eateries.
