Micheal Cretu and Virgin still have not decided about the release of an Enigma 3 limited edition album.
Michael Cretu said in the online interview on 13
december 1996 that he expected this will be released in 1997.
But it will not be released in 1997 and the release is
even unlikely.

In November, a box set containing Enigma's three first
albums will be released. Called "Trilogy", it will feature
the albums in the regular editions, ie. not the special
editions. These albums will be identical to the original
releases, with the same cover artwork. The box itself
will of course have unique artwork.

Enigma received the German Award "Echo 97" in the
category "Best national Artist in the Foreign" on 6st
March 1997.

Last year, Virgin and Cretu struck a deal for another 5
albums after 'Le Roi', which the record company says
should run until at least 2010, with an album every 3
years.

The first 3.5 million copies of the new album have a
translucent PVC cover, which allows the artwork to be
seen from both sides.
