Ferrets....can't live with them, life lacks chaos without them.

So, you may notice I have completely re-vamped my ferret page, why, you ask? Well, honestly, I know shit about ferrets compared to most folks so you can visit their pages for real info. So why do I continue to have a page about ferrets? Because ferrets intrigue me.

Ferrets are one of the few animals that are completely accepting of each other and other species. As a matter of fact, ferrets are more playful, happy if you will, when there are more ferrets and other pets around. They are inquisitive, frantic, sometimes obsessed, other times their attention span can be measured in seconds.

Unkowingly, I chose a pet that exemplifies the lifesyle I am entering now. Ferrets don't care if another ferret is male or female, they play, eat, and sleep together just the same. When they do sleep it is together in a tangled knot of fuzzy, warm bodies wherever they fall, exausted from their games.

I'm not claimimg that we should all model ourselves after ferrets(we'd get absolutely nothing done) but watching them has taught me alot. They are animals who are poly in their every action. They are accepting of differences, taking the role of teacher with other species.

I've learned alot watching these little darlings enjoy life to the fullest. Anytime I become overstressed, hating life, a little fuzz butt bounces over to me enticing me to play tag and life seems pretty good.
