CABARET Show Help

 

Novelty Team (4 people) ---

Need Chairperson 

(non performers)

 DUTIES

 

50/50 raffle ticket sales

 

and AIDS ribbons (includes making them)

 

Liquor Basket Raffle Sales

 

Tip Collector

 

DOOR PEOPLE

A CHAIRPERSON

 

2 to 3 people

Duties

 

To except cash and tickets at the door

 

 

TICKET CHAIRPERSON--  (1 person)

 

Duties

 

In charge of passing out tickets

 

Collecting tickets and cash

 

Keeping track of the number of tickets sold for ALL shows.

 

 

***  Decorating Committee --- (6 or more)  --- Scott, Marc

 

Duties

 

In charge of coming up with "Las Vegas " style ideas for the decorations in the show and decorating the room.

 

Back drop  - Curtains  - Covering tables

 

"Divas Lost Vegas" in lights

 

 

***  BUILDING CREW--  (3 or more)

 

WE NEED A FORMAN

 

Duties

 

Construction of stage

 

Working with the decorating committee

 

 

***  Technical Director – Lights and Sound   ----  Buck

 

***  Technical Crew--  (1-2 people)

 

Duties

Working with the technical Director

 

Setting up lights and sound

 

*** Work together in joint effort

 

Stage Crew

3 people total

 

WE NEED A DIRECTOR

Duties

 

In charge of recording props for each act and making sure stage crew places them where needed per act including rehearsals.

 

Assisting the director with props.

 

Back Room Dresser and Wardrobe Coordinator ---(2 people) 

         "Maybe Ginny Again she is checking if she's available"

 

Duties

In charge of making sure everyone can get in and out of costume quickly and timely. Making sure dresses are hung and misc. wardrobe props are placed back together with outfits.

 

 

Food Committee -

3 People

 Head Chef ----  Rick

Making sure all food is prepared for both nights and enough is

Available.  Collecting donations form others in foods or monies for the buffet.

 

Assisting the Head Chef with food preparation.

 

Cleanup Committee  Everyone

 

The club must be cleaned entirely by The MP’s NE  -Non Negotiable
