When we first pulled into Skagway, we had no idea what an Alaskan ferry actually looked like. We were flabbergasted at the sight of this huge boat sitting at the dock.

It wasn't until later that we realized this was actually a cruise ship full of tourists docked for the day.

This is the ferry that carried us to Juneau. It is called the Malaspina.
