It is not easy finding activities for people who are intelligent, creative and enthusiastic.   Our Homepage was a product of a lot of days of discussion and debates.   Finally, it is here ( albeit partially).   The girls have been very cooperative in looking for graphics and stuff; the boys have been very eager to help in putting up a page that should be interesting.  My contribution has been simply to encourage them and help them bring their talents together for this group undertaking.

     Our Homepage is about camaraderie, ...about journeying together, ...about  expressing noble ideas that tend to be forgotten in a world that is driven by consumerism and individualism.  The boys and the girls, the man and the woman in our group believe that the Internet is a place where one can have fun with others building up something that can matter to all.  Our Homepage is about Us.  But it is also about the Web, and about you, the surfer, who benefits from this service.

    Like the rest of the Web, the primary objective of this homepage is to give information, to entertain and to contribute to interactivity in the Web.  The information that these pages will give are entirely in the hands of my young collaborators.  They wanted the space for their friends primarily, to inform them of the things they do and think and worry about...  These pages can also be entertaining as the young people who make them.  Punkee is doing good with his Journal (I have read it myself... not bad.   Although I still had to correct a few things -- just a few mind you -- before publishing it.)  Red is taking his time doing the cartoons for our pages, just to liven it up a bit. 

The uniform look of our pages comes from Bignosebird.com, through Yum-yum's and Raylull's surfing.  Dina and Jean finally learned to work together inspite of their differences in temperament and have produced quite a good news page.   We thank Geocities for having been generous in providing us with the space.  I signed up for just eleven megs.  Now they've given us four more!

In the near future I'd like to see more things on these pages.  I'd like to see a Guest book and a Message Board here so that even the guests can interact with the gang.  Punkee will be inviting a friend of his to start a "Religion" column for the Journal.  Raylull says that he'll be offering some service through his homepage...  And Yum-yum is preparing her first installment for the most interesting homepages she can find on the Net...  There is so much that I think the fifteen megs we received free won't be difficult to fill up!
