The mysterious pink-haired girl from the sky. Chibiusa is the
future daughter of Usagi and is next in line to become
Sailormoon. In 30th century Tokyo, she is Lady Serenity. She is
still a princess, Her dream is to become an elegant lady, just
like her mother. Her attitude stinks at times. Being very
obnoxious and rude to her future mother. She and Usagi share the
kind-hearted moments, but are usually at each others throats.
Chibiusa was first sent to the past to save 30th century Tokyo. The second time was to learn to make friends. She didn't have any others than the court of Neo-Queen Serenity. In addition to making friends, she needed to learn how to defend herself, hence becoming Sailorchibimoon. Serenity figured if she learned at an early age, she'd be a more better Soldier than she was.
Also, Chibiusa had become one of the Senshi's greatest enemies... Black Lady. Wiseman had used the power of the Black Crystal to warp Chibiusa's mind and body. Usagi helped Chibiusa over come that obstacle, which Chibiusa did later on for Hotaru.

Moon Prism Power, Make Up!
Chibiusa uses this to turn into Sailorchibimoon. The locket
appears and charges with energy. A line of red hearts tear away
from a pink screen as Chibiusa winks and does the splits in
mid-air. Hearts circle about her body and make her fuku. She then back flips and as more hearts form the rest of her uniform. She
appears and her head gear appear. She then turns around and poses
pointing into the air.
Moon
Crisis, Make Up
Chibiusa said this in conjunction with Usagi to turn into Super
Sailorchibimoon and Super Sailormoon, respectively. This was used
in SailormoonSS.
Luna-P
Henge
When she dribbles the Luna-P ball around and throws it in the air
and she can make it transform into objects. It literally means,
Luna-P Transform!
Pink
Sugar Heart Attack
Sailorchibimoon holds up her rod and spins in place. She comes to
a side pose and releases he attack. Small hearts emit from the
top of the rod, slapping the enemy around. Since this is her
training attack, it doesn't work all the time.
Twinkle
Yell
Chibimoon prays to the Pegasus : Onegai Pegasus mina no yume o
mamote. She then lifts the bell into the air and spins around
saying, Twinkle Yell! She comes to a pose and the Pegasus appears
in a golden light.
Items
Luna-P
This is the ball Chibiusa has that looks like Luna. Through it
she can contact Sailorpluto, make it transform into various
items, and can also be used as a weapon of sorts. When Chibiusa
became Black Lady, Luna-P, her only friend, also turned evil.
Prism
Brooch
This is her first henshin item. A white circular brooch with a
pink heart-shaped crystal in the middle. It is outlined about the
border in gold trim.
Chibi
Crisis Brooch
This is her second henshin item. A heart-shaped brooch with the
pink heart crystal in the middle. On top is a red star with wings
on the side.
Pink Heart Rod
This is her first weapon. It is used to execute the Pink Sugar
Heart Attack. It is similar to the Spiral Moon Heart Rod.
Crystal Carillon
This is her second weapon. It is used to call upon the Pegasus.
It also executes Pink Sugar Heart Attack. It evolves from the
Pink Heart Rod. Its a red heart with a golden bell on the bottom.
