Michiru-san is one of the three Outer Senshi. She was the second of the Outers to become a Senshi. The first was Sailorpluto. As a Senshi, she has the power of the ocean. It's brute force and calming beauty. She is rarely seen without Haruka. They both are lovers. Making the second homosexual couple in the series. ( The first being Kunzite and Zoicite) She is also a violinist. Her talent has bested upon her the admiration of the Senshi as well as many other people.

This is her henshin phrase. Her henshin wand appears in the sky
as she says this and grabs it. She encircles herself in a column
of tidal water, which then comes crashing down. She then appears
under water as she flips her hair back. A shimmer of light dances
across her lips as the under water scene fades. She then twirls
around and poses gracefully.
Deep Submerge
A tidal starts off this attack. As it crashes down you hear her
shout this incantation. Streams of water shoot upwards and form
an energy sphere above her upraised hands. She then hurls the
sphere at her opponent, which strikes them with the sheer force
of a tsunami.
Submarine Reflection
This is not an attack, but rather an aid. The Aqua Mirror show
the true reflection of an object. It also show a slight glimpse
of danger that is yet to come. She has no definite sequence to
this power. The best sequence to it was from the SuperS movie. It
starts off with a head shot. She brings the Mirror in front of
her face as she calls out the phrase. She then begins to turn
clock wise as she makes an elegant pose showing her left side and
comes back around, Mirror face out as shimmering energy emits
from it. The Mirror is most often used to reveal the weak spot of
the enemy. In Sailor Stars, it was used as an attack against the
Mirror Paredories.

Deep Aqua Mirror
One of the three talisman needed to make the Holy Grail, the
mirror is used to see the truth in things, even when it is
hidden.
Planet Henshin Stick
She uses this to turn into Sailorneptune. Topped with the
planet of Neptune, which in turn has a star upon it. In the star
is the Glyph of Neptune. Unlike the Inners, she doesn't have the
Star Henshin Stick or the Crystal Henshin Stick. She gains her
second transformation from baby Hotaru. No Stick was formed. We
can only assume that it is like the Crystal Stick.
