The high fashion lady. Setsuna is the oldest of the Senshi. She is, in fact, about 2000 years older. Old huh? That is because she wasn't reborn from the Silver Millennium. She was at her post, guarding the Gate of Time, when the kingdom was destroyed. She stays at that post straight through to the Crystal Millennium. She only visits the present a few times. When she does, it usually means trouble is on the way. Setsuna is a very serious person. She rarely shows her emotions. It was odd to see her and Venus laughing while they were hanging in a ravine. ( I'd be freaking out ). Setsuna is like an aunt to Chibi Usa. They have a really close relationship. She also cares for Hotaru as well. Every time the Silent Messiah is needed, it is Pluto who comes to take her from Professor Tomoe.

Setsuna says this to turn into Sailorpluto. Her henshin stick
appears in the air as calls out her incantation. She encircles
herself in raging snow. It then engulfs her and the Time Staff
appears. Panning down, you see her hair blowing in the wind as a
shimmering light dances across her lips. She spins around an
poses with the Time Staff to her left.
Dead Scream
As this attack is performed, you see the Garnet Orb's power race
to the top of her staff. Gayle force winds are gusting purple colds about the ground. She brings the staff close to her body
as a face is given. She lifts her eyes and looks calmly at her
enemy as she whispers ' Dead... scream '. The staff is struck by
purple lightning. Then she releases it to her side, like she is
making it float in air. The Orb then emits a sphere of bright
purple energy. She grabs the staff, swirls around and releases
the energy. Upon impact, the enemy is totally vaporized... as if
it didn't exist.
Time Stop
The forbidden power. Pluto is not to use this power of hers for
any reason. If she does, it can disrupt the time stream and cause
cataclysmic effects. She did use this power one time. It was used
to help Neptune and Uranus enter the Academy. It did stop time
all together, leaving the Outer Senshi to see everything as if
they were deities of some sort.
Items
The Garnet Orb
One of the three talisman needed to find the Holy Grail. It sit
at the top of her Time Staff. This is the source of her power. It
has the power to release the Talisman from the heart crystals of
Neptune and Uranus. Basically it was used to call the holy Grail.
The Time Staff
This is a weapon that she is never seen without. Since it has the
Garnet Orb and opens the Gate of Time, she protects it with her
life.
Planet Henshin Stick
She uses this to turn into Sailorpluto. Topped with the
planet of Pluto, with two smaller spheres on the side, has a star
on top of it. In the star is the Glyph of Pluto. Unlike the
Inners, she doesn't have the Star Henshin Stick or the Crystal
Henshin Stick. She gains her second transformation from baby
Hotaru. No Stick was formed. We can only assume that it's like
the Crystal Stick.
