At right: a college friend of mine. Last seen living in a Mifflin Avenue apartment with a picket in the hall reading "Do we need monkeys mating in space?"

Actual cartoons:
Yo, Canada
I'm not sure why Google.com seems to like linking to this particular picture out of all the cartoons on this site, particularly since there are no cartoons on this particular page. (Now that I have used the word "cartoons" three times in the vicinity of it, I've guaranteed that Google will continue to behave as though this were my front page.)
The word unique pales as a description for the cross-dressing military polemicist at left. After trying to decide "whether or not to 'come out' as a het" during his fifth decade, he now terms himself a "retrosexual."
Having a conversation with Drieux can be like tap dancing in an avalanche. Here's his blog.
From one of his letters: "Well, I should get the dress back so that I can pass it on to my son or daughter as an heirloom -- depending of course on which of them will need it more for what."
(Strangely enough, he is NOT talking about the dress he's wearing in the picture here.
Guess what game she's a real killer at!
