ABATE State Party June 17-19 ,
2005 - Effingham, IL
This will be my 4th State Party I've been to. It is a great time if you have never been. For us northwest Illinois riders, we go the longest distance of about 315 miles or so give or take. But it is all 4 lane cruising. Popeye and I left Friday evening. We made great time and was down there in about 4.5 hours arriving shortly after 9 PM. Still early enough to get our camp set up and party with everyone.
It didn't seem like there was as many at the event this year as in years past. But that may just be my perception. There were still lots of riders there as you will see in the photos. So check out what went on at this years events. This is just a small sampling of the many photos I took. Kind of a teaser to go to the party next year. See ya all there!
