Up to this point, I have been unable to locate any images or information about this transport ship, (Other than what I have presented here on this page.) The records of transport ships, used to carry military troops to their theaters of operations, were destroyed intentionally by the Department of the Army in 1951. These records included passenger lists, manifests, logs of vessels, and troop movements. There was no word on why the records were destroyed. Thus, there is no longer any official records of who sailed on what ships.

The certificates reads:

To all sailors, wherever ye may be. And to all mermaids, sea serpents, sharks, porpoises, dolphins, skates, eels, suckers, lobsters, crabs, pollywogs and other living things of the sea. GREETINGS: Know ye, that on this 28th day of January 1944, latitude 000000 and Longitude 172" 43' 18"W, there appeared within the limits of our royal domain, the U.S.A.T. Farisle, bound southward for the South Sea Islands." Be it remembered, that the said vessel, officers and crew thereof, have been inspected and passed on by ourself and our royal staff. And be it known by all ye sailors, marines, land lubbers and others who may be honored by his presence that, (blank), having been found worthy to be numbered as one of our trusty shellbacks, has been gathered to our fold, and duly initiated into the "Solemn Mysteries of the Ancient Order of the Deep." Be it further understood that by virtue of the power invested in me, I do hereby command all my subjects to show due honor and respect to him whenever he may enter our realm. Disobey this order under penalty of our royal displeasure. (Lastly, the certificate is signed by "Davy Jones", his majesty's scribe, and "Neptune Rex", ruler of the raging main.)
