Well Folks, this is where you learn more about me than you'd probably care to know. But it is my page you know! First off, I'm the second to the oldest of five kids, Born and raised in Devil Swamp, Louisiana. Don't know where that is? Well I'd tell you but I don't get enough space for this site to fully explain it........Just take my word for it.......IT'S WAY BACK IN THE BOONIES! We didn't have much when we were growing up, but we were happy......Hell we didn't know any better. We found ways to amuse ourselves, climbing trees, trying to ride the neighbors' bull, tracking alligators (as well as twelve year olds can do), swinging on vines across creeks and Bayous (knowing Damn well the vine'd break halfway across.......That was the real Joy of it!). Amazingly we all survived child- hood, that is a damned miracle in Itself, Not one of use ever suffered a major accident, just a few lost teeth, black eyes, cuts and bruises, and a few bad sprains. My Momma always said God looks out for small Children and Idiots. Well I'm living proof of that, tho I couldn't tell you which one God looked out for me under. I finally made it to adulthood, and at the tender age of 22 got married. Why? I haven't the foggiest idea other than to please my Family. Any way, after two years we found out my wife was pregnant,.......That was the second happiest day of my life. The happiest was the day Jeff was born. When Jeff was about a year and a half old I told my wife I was still Gay, and moved out. We never divorced, and was married up until her death in 1993. During all that time tho (about ten years), I was allowed only limited access to my son. I eventually lost contact with them when They moved and her family wouldn't tell me where they were. After my wife's death her Sister located me through some names and address she found in some of my wife's things, THANK YOU BETTY, I Love you!. My son and I were reunited with-in a week, Now, we are making up for lost time. Now here where the story takes a turn........ After about a year my son confided in me that he was also Gay ( he was eighteen then!)............. Strange isn't it! I am very proud of my Son, not because he is Gay, But because he is my Son! He is now Twenty years old, but he is still my BABY BOY, and I love him with all my heart! There is another person in my life, and I'd love for you to meet him. But as he holds a high profile position in a Major Homophobic Company that can't happen. So I guess he'll just remain a Mystery Man to all of you. As for Jeffrey, Well right now he is single. If you would like to, you can contact him at the link to the left. Jeff's interests parallel mine tho: Trucks, Cowboys, Rodeo's, Cowboys, C&W music, Cowboys, and Computers, Oh did I mention Cowboys? |
