Bury a cup, preferably metal or brass, to stop heavy rain and bring fair weather.

To Make The Wind Blow

Sit five candles in a circle and light them.
Face North and say:
"I call upon Gabriel,
Angel of the North Wind,
Show me your power!"
Face South and say:
"I call upon Nariel,
Angel of the South Wind,
Show me your power!"
Face East and say:
"I call upon Michael,
Angel of the East Wind,
Show me your power!"
Face West and say:
"I call upon Rapheal,
Angel of the West Wind,
Show me your power!"
