SEVEN of NINE, the Borg who was rescued from the collective by Cpt.Janeway had been assimilated 18 years earlier.   She tried to recontact the collective and kill the crew of Voyager when trapped there, but after the removal of the Borg implants her human genes eventually regenerated, leaving her to rediscover her humanity.  The crew of Voyager were not forthcoming in inviting her to stay, however, the Captain was sure that with time, she would remember who she was, and they would come to trust her as a member of the crew.  She was born on the Tendera Colony, with the given name Annika Hansen, but remembered little of her previous life before assimilation.

The incredible body behind SEVEN of NINE,  belongs to JERI RYAN. Sadly I know little about her at this time, but would be grateful for any help with her biography!  She was born in Munich, Germany on February 22nd.  Her father was in the army, and so she spent her youth moving from base to base across America.  JERI attended the North western University, where she achieved a B.S. in theatre.  She eventually moved to L.A. as an adult, with the sole purpose of becoming an actress, and soon found roles in "Melrose Place" and "Murder She Wrote".  I know one thing - I have never wanted to trust a Borg so damn much!!
