My Adventures
This page contains stories of times when I have dared to venture out in public as Jennifer. I will add to this page as soon as I can write them down.
Trip to the Beauty College
During a vacation to Palestine
Texas in the summer of 97 I spent one day of that trip en-femm. I will try to tell about
that experience now. The day before I planned on going out en-femm I called the local
beauty college there in Palestine to see if they would give me a makeover and style my wig
for me. The owner did not sound to excited by the request, but did not turn me away
either. She set up an appointment for the next day and told me to come in with very little
makeup on.
Well the next morning I got up earlier than I had been the rest of the trip and got ready
to go out. I took extra care in shaving my legs and even shaved the hair off my arms as
well to complete the look. After that was done I shaved my face twice to make sure that I
did not have any stubble. Then I got dressed in a white cotton blouse with floral print
sleeves and then a denim jumper and my brown sandals. I then applied some blush and
lipstick and then to hide my eyes a pair of shades. By this time my wife was up and
finishing getting dressed. Now that we were ready we gathered up our purses and left the
room.
Now as I stepped out of the motel room I all of the sudden felt very vulnerable like
everyone was looking at me and laughing. There was a construction crew that had come in
late the night before and some of them where out and moving around and the maids were
working on cleaning some of the rooms that were already empty. The thing is that it did
not seem that any one was looking at me and laughing. Now I don't know if they did not
read that I was a man dressed as woman or all they saw was a large woman and was not
interested in her. But any way we got in the van and drove off for my appointment.
Once inside we had to wait for a few minutes for the student to finish up with her other
appointment. When she finished up the owner told her that I was her next client. She
walked me over to the chair and told me that the owner had told her all about what I
wanted. She was very friendly and started on the makeup and took off my wig and washed and
set it. When she removed the wig she draped a towel over my head to keep others from
noticing me. The beautician had me sit in a her chair then reclined me so she could work
on the makeup while my wig was drying. She was very interest in why a man would want to
wear women's clothes especially one that was married. Oh I forgot to mention that I was
getting this done my wife went across the street to a antique shop she had seen. I tried
my best to answer all of the questions that she had and some of the other student
beauticians would come by and ask questions as well. They all seemed very friendly and did
not make me feel like some freak.
All the time there I felt very comfortable with everyone in the shop. There were a few
other women in the shop, but none of them seemed to pay any attention that I was there.
I'm not sure if they knew that I was a man or not, but none of them made any comments that
I could hear or ran out of there screaming.
After everything was done I could not believe that difference that she had made in the way
that I looked. As we paid for the services and were getting ready to leave the beautician
told me to call her the next time we where in the area. I gave a big tip as I was so
tickled with the way I looked and told her that she could count on hearing from me the
next we where in town.
Stay tuned there will be more to come.
