LAFFAN is a Boston-area social
organization. We are an unincorporated non-profit membership association headed by a
six-woman administrative committee. Members contribute nominal dues and volunteer to
coordinate a wide variety of social events -- including two dances each year, a dinner
club, monthly potluck brunches, hikes, singles events, ski trips, weekends at country
inns, and many other activities. Members receive a weekly email calendar of events. Membership is $30 a year for singles, $45 for a household membership, to cover the cost of advertising, our post office box, rental of facilities for events, etc. For a sample copy of the email calendar, email LAFFAN_Boston2004@yahoo.com.
