Joining Lifeforce is easy. First read the policies and if you are still interested, send an email to writelifeforce@hotmail.com with a name and a phone number where you can confidentially be contacted. Information you disclose to that effect will not be communicated to any non-member. New members are assigned a "buddy" prior to their first event who will be present the group format and support functions, bring them to their first event and introduce her/him to each member, help them feel comfortable and relaxed.
