Name:
|
|
Ginger Li
This is a chosen name adopted a few years ago that reflects both
a sense of self and protects my anonymity. Ginger was the name of
a young asian woman of mixed heritage I knew when I was little.
Even at a young age I had always admired her strength and courage
in a complicated era when independent women and mixed ethnicities
challenged the status quo.
