Chapter Six

Willy vs. Trevor

All right guys. Here is that written update I promised last year...

Next Panel: (A closeup of Darwin's face. His eyes are open.) Darwin is awake and is asking for Willy.
Next: Richard is puling Willy away from Trevor, who, I might add has seen better days. Richard: "Stop Willy!"
Willy:"Go away Richard. This doesn't concern you."
Richard: "Willy... Darwin's away."
Next: Daphne approaches Trevor who is examining his crushed glasses. Daphne: "Young man..." skip to...
Next: Tight closeup of Mrs. D's face. Daphne: "We need to talk!"
Next: Daphne: "I'm going to say this once and once only. Either you leave Willy and Darwin alone or I *Will* find a way of making you pay for what you did to my son!"
Trevor, smug as ever, even when battered, bloody and torn, says, "Blow of Bitch! Just because you have more money than God doesn't mean you scare me!"
Next: Trevor, who looks like he's fully recovered from his thrashing from Wil, is approached by a guy we've never seen before. His eyes are steely grey, and his ears are sightly pointed. His hair is dark gold with red streaks. He's wearing a well-fitted wine-colored shirt with black pants. Over his left eye there is a tattoo of a dark blue lightning bolt.
Trevor: "Joseph? Why are you here?"
Joseph: "You're in trouble Trevor."
T: "What do you mean?"
J: "A lot of people want you dead."
T: "Damn... well, thanks for the warning."
J: "No. You don't seem to understand, Trveor..."
Next: Slight close-up. Joseph is holding Trevor down by his hair with one hand while the other raises a blade shaped like his tattoo. Trevor looks like he's pissing himself.
Joseph: "I'm here to WRITE YOU OUT!!!"

And that is how book two ends. Yes I know: Another damn cliffhanger!

But lemme explain a few things: I know you all hate Trevor. You've mostly all told me so in the guestbook. So, Joseph is me. The people he says wants him dead are... You. ::grin::
I wanted to bring an end to Trevor. I didn't want him coming back. And I also didn't want his death to be tied to any of the characters which would, of course, make it necessary to create a whole other drama involving an investigation and blah blah blah... He's gone. End of (his) story.

Book Three is going to be a radically changed chapter in Wil's life. If I hadn't left the damn thing in my car I'd write and explain everything but that'll have to wait till later... I will say, however, that there are drastic changes.
Most of the cast won't be returning. Don't worry, I explain what happens to them and for the most part they all have happy "endings".
Some interesting changes I'm making I think you'll like.
For one thing, I'm bringing it back to a more "Realistic" storyline... From now on the characters I introduce will wear different clothing. Wil's gonna have a big ol' wardrobe and his hair is gonna be different a lot...
Another thing is location. Before there never was one. One reason I kept it that way was so everyone could say, "Hmmm... This could be taking place right here where I am!" But I've decided to bring him to me, so I can include places I've been and people I've known in the story. So Wil's new home is going to be right here in Southern California!
Another change I'm making will DEFinitely make it more "Real". Our man Wil is gettin himself a job! And since I'm making this "Real" he's gonna have a hard time finding a good one and keeping it...
I'm skipping ahead a couple of years as well... I figured since I'm not where I was (literally and mentally/emotionally) when I last worked on him, then I should "grow him up" a little... Life isn't gonna be easy for lil Mr. Wanker. No more fantasy life. It's time for our boy to face the "Real World" and become a man.

Now I make you hate me.

Darwin won't be along for the story. He's not gonna die or anything. I'm not that heartless. But I figured if Willy has Mr. Perfect around all the time then it would take away form where I want the story to go.
So that's another change. Wil's gonna have to face this new world alone. He's gonna be lonely. He's gonna be afraid. In some ways he's gonna be back where I started him off: Alone and questioning the world. But once you see how I'm developing the story you'll understand. I hope.

And with that I'm off. Stay tuned guys!
And send me email!!! Sign my guestbook and send me email! I loveLoveLOVE hearing from you... Although I suspect I'll be hearing lots of cries of "We want Darwin! Don't drop Darwin!" But it's too late. Wil has accepted it and so have I. But I DO wanna hear what you think!

My email address is ValiantDarke@yahoo.com or JRPalooza@webtv.net
Let me hear from you!
Peace n' PixieDust People!
