History: Not much has been revealed about The Clock and his criminal activities. However, he seems obsessed about clocks and speaks in the third person. It also looks like he has ties to the mob and other leaders of organized crime.

While most science heroes were held imprisoned in suspended animation above the Earth, criminals and super-villains exerted their dominance over much of the land. Now that the science heroes have return their control is quickly fading. Terror Inc. rolled out their security protection program, The Terror 2000, in Los Angeles, Boston and Invertica City. Within three years the cities were becoming war zones as the now megalomaniac Terror 2003 program was gaining control. The Clock stepped in by hiring the vigilantism of the Grim Reaper to put a stop to the Terror 2003 program. Unfortunately the Grim Reaper underestimated the abilities of the Terror 2003 and was killed instantly. Through the intervention of S.M.A.S.H. and the U.S. government, the mob called off their vendetta against the Terror 2003 program which was now limited to only Invertica City.

The Clock continued his criminal intents and was recently defeated by the combine might of Ms. Masque and Fighting Yank II.

Powers: The Clock appears to have no super-human abilities.
