We are a group of voluntary people who feel affected by AIDS, involved in avoiding any kind of discrimination due to the fact of having HIV, and we do our best to stop spreading HIV.

We are based on a premise: being a forum of expresion and serving as a meeting place for people with HIV. We are opened to any person who respect and share our premise. We follow the prefects included in the law and we have democratic decisions.

- We inform and provide about HIV and AIDS, and relationated questions, documentation in their several ways.

- Support and prevention: our works are divided in specific proyects, each of them has a team which desing, evaluate and go ahead with them.

- Juridical and technical advice: we introduce the rights of people with HIV. Our lawyers offer their works free of charge.

- Massege and relaxation: expert voluntaries in massages and relaxation techniques teach the best tricks for you to practice when necesary.

Our group is guided to young people from 14 to 25 years old because in this age they start their sexual relations and they are exposed to HIV infection.

We give them information through:

- "Talks" in High Schools, Universities and other Civic Centres.

- "Sexuality and Safe Sex Studios", in which we learn about our body and sexuality and we start to understand the truth about Safe Sex.

- "Prevention Parties", the best way to give all the information about prevention and the correct condom use to young people.

- "Public campaigns" offering all our activities and help.

It is pointed towards prevention and mutual help between affected people, in the homosexual relationships.

- We distribute prevention-kits (with condoms and lubricant).

- We make "Safe Sex Studios", in which we offer information about HIV and AIDS and Safe Sex, in these work-groups we share our own impressions and experiences about this subject.

- We do "Prevention Parties", making positives places we insist on prevention and the correct use of the condom and lubricants to Gay people.

For people who preffer not to integrate in a group, we offer "receives" too. So we have proffesionals who can help you during moments of anxiety, depression, worry, etc.

We started this project with the proppose of filling the blank spots on information, doubts and actual attitude.

So that we form groups of women from several ages and socio-economical and cultural conditions.

Throughout the project AIDS and Sea, we try to improve the sea's workers' quality of life, in colaboration with the Instituto Social de la Marina (Marine Social Institute), Fisherman's agrupations and some townhalls.

The project started from an inicial study about the incedence of drugs and AIDS in a reduce number of sea-workers.

So, we collect medicines for the AIDS's treatament and we send them to the undevelopment countries together with pamphlets, condoms and lubricants.

We are also preparing new projects such as:

- Sida pediátrico (Paediatric AIDS).

- Apoyo a Familiares de Niños con VIH+ (HIV+ Children's Families Help).
