I started doing this diary in June. If you haven't been following have a look at the Cast of Characters which gives a quick low down on the essential day to day characters who are mentioned here...it will make more sense if you do.

     

Well, I made it out of bed again. I did the stuff I usually do.... except for the coffee. Lisa came round for a bit and I went over to Heather's to give her some lessons with the computer and we ended up figuring out the database. Back home now, it's late. I'm eating grapes. Nothing but grapes all day, tomorrow, some more fruit and eventually I get to eat raw vegetables. And NO caffeine. This is Lisa's idea, can't hurt to try it, tomorrow she is bringing vitamins.
