Bluehook's Diary

I started doing this diary in June. If you haven't been following have a look at the Cast of Characters which gives a quick low down on the essential day to day characters who are mentioned here...it will make more sense if you do.

I managed to get out of bed at 10.30 am without an alarm clock, and that's quite good, maybe I can do it even earlier tomorrow. I think we're supposed to be having a gardening day and hopefully today's weather will hold out, very nice sunshine all day. I needed to get my headlights fixed today so I gave Glenn a ring to see if he'd do it or at least see what needs doing and he said I could bring it in at 2.00 pm. So I spent a while dawdling in town and having my ration of egg and chips at the New Bridge Cafe before going down to Cellan. I was lucky; it turned out to be a detached wire which could be fixed with soldering so it got sorted out fairly quickly and didn't cost all that much.
Loey was here when I got back and I had some e-mail for her from India. I was just getting into a Macintosh magazine when Lauren came in wanting to play with the playstation. I couldn't resist, I can play the racing game a bit, I just have to lock the go button on with my grypher then steer with my left hand and use my foot for the weapons. Actually I'm too busy trying to steer enough to stay on the road to have much use for the aggressive tactics. I had enough of that after a while and Hansi had come in to play by then so I left them to it and got all Hanna's files collected together for a visit to the printer. After a while Hanna, then Pascale and then Clare arrived to do life drawing, our first session in ages. Hanna modeled and I failed miserably on the first pose, did a bit better with the next two and couldn't even get started on the last one. That's not too bad for me. This went on for quite a while as did the afterwards chat session. It was very hot inside again, deliberate this time in consideration of whoever ended up being naked and when everyone left I went outside and walked in the frost crunchy grass around the garden and up to the field and up the garden again, it was like walking on tinsel.
Ok, I'm aiming to get in bed before midnight and I've got less than ten minutes to go.
