I started doing this diary in June. If you haven't been following have a look at the Cast of Characters which gives a quick low down on the essential day to day characters who are mentioned here...it will make more sense if you do.

     

Sunday, as you might now I like to do almost nothing on Sundays. I managed that for most of the day and in the evening took Lorna up to Jan's where she'd abandoned her car the night before because her battery was flat after she'd used the headilghts for sawing up the wood in the dark. We got my trailer hitched up too and collected a few tools and sat for another cup of tea and long enough for the kids to eat something. I had a bath when I was back home and washed off all the sweat from yesterday, even though the sweating had been so heavy that it felt like very clean sweat. And tht was about it apart from eating some pancakes.
