I started doing this diary in June. If you haven't been following have a look at the Cast of Characters which gives a quick low down on the essential day to day characters who are mentioned here...it will make more sense if you do.

     

Last night went on a bit late but I still managed to get out of bed about 11.00 am - ish. That left plenty of time to get the fire going and the horses seen to and print out a few things for the WIT meeting. I was trying very hard not to be early again, it's a very bad habit, so I set off well after 1.00 pm and stopped off at Pioneer on the way to get some food to bring with me and a sandwich to eat straight away.
I arrived at Heather's house at the same time as she did and no-one else was there which seemed a bit mysterious, but I had got the time wrong and was an hour early. Roxane arrived soon after that so while she and Heather were playing with a piece of sound recording equipment I went out to feed Heather's pigs. They were very eager for the food and it was quite a tricky job to get their food bowls over the fence and onto the ground with them jumping up and squealing like demented things, I got a lot of it on myself. We started the meeting somewhere after 3.00 pm and finally broke to eat after 7.00 pm before finished the meeting.
I got home about 10.00 pm to find everyone in my sitting room watching a video. The film finished shortly after that and the kids were then off in bed and we sat around and talked and talked some more and took the dogs out for a walk in the rain and had toast and jam and talked some more and it got to about 3.30 am somehow. I really didn't intend to stay up that late.
