I started doing this diary in June. If you haven't been following have a look at the Cast of Characters which gives a quick low down on the essential day to day characters who are mentioned here...it will make more sense if you do.

Back in my own bed last night and I made the most of it and slept for a very long time. Got out of bed around midday, thinking about going into town but being distracted by a web site that I'm trying out new things with. Irene and Lorna were going into town and said they would phone me later because I wasn't capable of collecting my thoughts sufficiently to recall if there was anything I needed. They did actually phone twice but I missed them because I was online at the time.

I never did get out of my pajamas and I never did get away from the computer except for a few hours to cook and eat dinner. Still, I wasn't missing much, the weather has gone back to its usual grey dampness although we are supposed to have a big day in the garden tomorrow. Some days are appropriate for spending in your pajamas and today was one of them.
