Lovely quiet peacefull tranquil unbothered day. Everyone has been out all day and won't be back tonight. Ah... the quiet, it's so lovely, I'm drinking it down along with a bottle of hemp beer I got in Smudger's health food shop in town. I have a cat asleep on my lap and Jade is guarding the house from her vantage point in front of the fire.

Jade is a soppy dog actually but she can look ever so fierce when she wants to. We had a nice walk through the forest today on my way into town to stock up on goodies for me weekend of undisturbance. (organic chocolate ice cream, chocolate brownies, a frozen lasagne (organic, vegetarian mind you) and crisps and chocolate soya milk...... and those two bottles of hemp beer... I've only had one so far, organic Caerphilly cheese, and butterscotch puddings.)

I did go out and chop a week's worth of kindling and see the horses but mostly I've been sat on the computer again all day. I am having fun though even if I do end up with a sore arse. And now I'm going to bed with a pile of computer magazine sand the Saturday Guardian.
