Jade’s and Sunaina’s Limericks

A couple years ago my friend Sunaina and I wrote a bunch of limericks when we were bored. This page has a few of those poems.

There was once a young lady whose meals
Consisted of frogs and fried wheels.
When she was eating she said,
"It’d be nice if these frogs were dead."
That silly young lady and her meals!

There once was a pretty dark boy
Who she thought of as her own toy
Until she fell in love
But he flew like a dove
Leaving her alone, crying for her boy.

There was ws a sweet young girl
Who thought good of the whole entire world.
Until her lover died
She cried and she cried
And her innocence left, as reality unfurled.

There once was a girl named Val
Who was in love with a girl named Al
But they had to split up
It was all too abrupt
And now they pretend they're just pals.

There once was a man from Sprocket.
To the moon he went in a rocket.
His rocket went bang,
His eyes went clang,
And he found his nose in his pocket!
