I made this on the request of a friend. He siad he was jacking off too often and needed somehting to help him break the habit. Well, here is what we came up with:
Two steel braces are welded to two steel hemispheres. The braces are screwed together with allen-bolts, and then locked with a regular padlock. Once locked the device cannot be removed without unlocking it.
As a variation, it can either enclose both the dick and the ball, or just the balls, which acts as a very pleasant weight.
