This device holds the boy's hands at shoulder height. Three loops in strategic position allow for chain-attachment. This makes it easier to get the boy from one place to the other without completely untieing hime each time. And of course it keeps his hands off places he should not be touching.
Have your boy lick your boots with this collar-and-wrist-restraint on: He will not move away until you decided that the job is done.
The steel bar is 2 inches wide. It locks with three cap-screws, which the boy cannot open, even if he had a suitable wrench: The screws are out the reach of his hands.
