Here is the result: The stocks is collapsible; it is held together with hitchpins and setscrews. The collar-wrist restraint can be raised or lowered in 2 inch increments. Similarly, the position of the ankle-restraint can be moved forward or back.
The knees reset on a kneeling plate. This prevents the guy in the stocks from moving the entire contraption.
