I like men because they are men - in other words their masculinity. I find femininity a turn-off personally, but just to make it clear, I have nothing against it - it just doesn't do anything for me.
The more masculine a man, the better. The more straight they seem, the better. It's hard to explain because I dislike the phrase "straight-acting". If you carry yourself like someone straight, obviously you are not acting. There has always been that liking of machismo in my life. I suppose the blue collar type: mechanics, construction workers, and the like. In a way, you could say rough trade ... almost. (Essentially minus the guys I cannot find myself attracted to (sorry) - overweight, unhygienic, s/m, b/d, leather.) Yet let's not get carried away here. I mean, nothing is written in stone and I have always found that I sometimes surprise even myself.
The uncircumcised man is sexy. Why? Because he arouses all the senses. There is a sexiness about a guy who is "natural". Perhaps because as I was growing up it was so rare. Amateur psychology here.
A Foot Fetish is something I cannot say I really have per se. I find feet attractive in the sense that a roman nose makes a man more stately. Feet are sexy by their shape alone. Though not into the foot worship thing and all that, massaging a guy's foot is okay. I do not think I would be against anything he would care to do on my feet. I would just find it odd anybody would want to do anything with my feet.
If you would care to look at some feet I find attractive then visit this small page of mine. If anything, the men are great to look at in any case.
Long hair is definately a plus. It denotes a rebel in my books. Yet, for me, as a guy who has long hair at this time, I just like the way it flows. I like to run my fingers through a dude's hair. Most guy's I've met with long hair were usually masculine and very sure of themselves. Confidence and self-assurance is a real plus in a person.
Redheads. A pen pal once asked me why I am attracted to redheads. It is that countryboy look. I think the temper myth and all that is a just that. I not only think it is the red hair, I believe it is all that comes with it - freckles and fair skin.
I like eye contact when I talk to a person. There is nothing more haunting - and intimidating - than to look into a guy's crystal blue eyes. I love blue eyes and always have. They seem to look right through you. They are incredibly sexy.
Strength, determination, and drive makes a difference in life so I admire this quality in a person. I cannot stand bleeding hearts or apathy. I especially admire a man who can balance this strength of character with their personal life. I cannot say I admire the workaholic - they have no time for anyone but themselves. (Yet I also believe workaholism is a symptom of a larger mental health problem.)
One thing does stand out above all. The quality of love he has to share. Someone who rises about their masculinity and is able to be kind, gentle, and caring in a full gay relationship.
If I think of anything else, I will jot it down here.
