US Women Size:

Length{mm} = 254 + (Size - 9)*8.8 (round to integer)

OR

Size = 9 + (Length{inch} - 10)/0.3465 (round up to next size)

These formulas are approximate, good for size from 6 to 14.

NOTE: 1 inch = 25.4 mm (or 2.54 cm)

US Men Size is approximately equal to US Women Size - 1.

It is recommended to have one size larger than your men's size for women's shoes with open toe and to have one and half size larger than your men's size for women's shoes with closed toe.

For the width, remember that men's M corresponds to women's W.

A half size larger may be needed for narrower width shoes.
