I got really shocked when the sad news came to me:
Life of Agony had split up. After having followed the band for five years it suddenly ended.
Itīs like losing a girlfriend when a band you love suddenly is wasted. Gone. Life of Agony was an
admirable band and the music and lyrics they created will always have a special place in my heart. |
I believe that the down trip started when Keith Caputo
left the band. Whitfield Crane tried to take over the vocals, but as many anticipated, with no further success.
Not that Crane is a bad singer, but no one in the world is able to replace Keith Caputo. Keith has an amazing
way of expressing himself and the feeling there is in every song. His emotional and unique voice really
touches something in me. |
From the very first time I heard "Through and Through" on
MTV's Headbangers Ball I knew that Life of Agony was MY band...I was in Croatia at that time, working for the
United Nation...I used to sit up every monday evening recording the best videos on Headbangers Ball. Thank
god that I recorded "Through and Through" without knowing what it was like. |
