Me in Copenhagen, 1991. I have been there twice and to Prague once. I love traveling, and enjoy the history and architecture in Europe -- they take 300 and 400-year-old buildings for granted, but I just inhaled as much of that history as I could when I was there.
Now this is Prague in January -- 1994 to be exact -- when I was working there for 2 weeks for Bata Shoes. Another great place with a lot of history -- luckily during WW II only one bomb went off in the city, and the Communists kept the city as their "showcase" so most of the original buildings are still there, intact, and in use. If you like theatre and opera, it is the place to go -- I saw 6 operas in 6 days, and 3 plays in 4 different theatres. Top ticket price in Canadian dollars: $6.00. Can't beat it! This was a time when I had more hair on my head and less on my face.
No relation to me, but he was walking pretty close to me. This is Prince Phillip (he IS looking a little worn, isn't he?) when he and his wife Betty visited my fair city of London, Ontario. I stood all day in the hot summer sun to get this great spot, and the Old Queen went to the other side of the walk, and I only got to see this Old Queen up close.
This is the Man who calls himself my father. I have never seen him before in my life. But I will admit he IS my goofy dad.
This is my most-cool step sister. She now lives in British Columbia and she is a great person to hang out with. She and I always have a howl together when we see each other. One glance from me across the dining room table and she is in my control. Doesn't she look like Celine Dion? I have a better, more recent picture of her which I took but I still have to scan it. Once I do you can bet I will post her picture here again!
This is the love of my life, Ken. He and I have been together for almost 8 years now. He and I met on-line on AOL, so if you are in an on-line romance, good things may come of it!
