Efnet Network

EfNet is a busy network. I have tried and failed to find an addie that will work 100% for the room list. I plan on adding 2 or 3 alternatives soon. The list might not load, but if you know the roomname, you can probably make it in with a few tries. Recommendations for this IRC Network (server addies) can be emailed and I will add it. Recommended ports listed below
