Annapurna Circuit

The first few days of the trek were hot and tiring, as we slowly ascended from 760m to Chame at 2620m. The roar of the Marsyangdi River was our ever-constant companion and the persistent showers meant that waterfalls coursed down the cliffs all around us. We revelled in the lush greenery of the surrounding countryside.
