I like to think that a stranger is just a friend I haven't met yet. With that in mind, I invite you to meet me.
As you may have guessed, my name is Lynne. I'll admit to being in my 30s, but I'd prefer not to be any more specific than that. I make my living as a writer, though I have a number of other skills that I can use if need be.
When I get a little spare time, I like to read, watch movies, or just relax with friends. Music--both listening to it and playing it--remains an enjoyable hobby, and my tastes run to everything. As far as activities go, I enjoy horseback riding, ice skating, and a good long walk. And I follow various professional sports, depending on the season.
So really, I'm not too different from anybody else. Or am I?
Actually, I belong to a rather unique minority. I'm one of the transgendered.
Some Musings...
Just some things I've put together that are related to transgenderism and its effects on me.

March of 1998. This is a few thoughts, along with some photos.

Another View
I thought you might enjoy meeting a slightly different view of me. This is by Agnes, a friend I know from the Pink Room. Agnes is a talented artist and cartoonist, and she was kind enough to draw this cartoon.
Agnes writes, "Lynne was a joy to draw! Her spark, cute looks, and witty sense of direction made this friend a Scooby-Doo candidate for certain."
