Comments: I just wanted to say that the UNITY website looks keen. I'm an NLU graduate (B.S. in Biology, '97) and a former UNITY GLF member. It is SO great to see that the group is alive and well. I was there during most of the formative years of the group. Unfor unately, I also witnessed the group practically disband a few years ago. Even though I no longer attend NLU or even live in the area (grad school sucks, BTW) I am really happy to see that UNITY apparently has a new lease on life. Comments: Unity just attended the gay student groups conference this past weekend and had a blast. We met a lot of nice people and learned a great deal about ourselves and those in our community. The conference offered us a chance to be honest with each other and those who attended the conference. We learned that everybody's coming out process is different and that being out can be very challenging on a college campus. The presentations and panels offered us more insight into current problems faced in the gay community and how others are dealing with them.
